1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement") are entered into between ct9990 (hereinafter referred to as "ct9990", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service provided through the ct9990 platform (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User").

3 Account Registration

You acknowledge and agree to the following account terms:

5 Deposits

By making a deposit to ct9990, you warrant that:

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ct9990 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards are subject to these general bonus terms and to any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ct9990 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available at ct9990 are provided by third-party software providers. The rules governing each game are set by the respective provider and are accessible within the game's information panel. By playing any game at ct9990, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as presented within the game interface.

With respect to sports betting at ct9990:

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct9990 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct9990 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ct9990 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service due to technical maintenance, network issues, or third-party failures.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Loss of potential winnings due to technical errors in games, provided that such errors are confirmed by independent audit.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In all cases, ct9990's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the ct9990 platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, less any withdrawals made during the same period.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Suspension & Termination

ct9990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC request within 30 days.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.

Players may also voluntarily close their ct9990 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ct9990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to formal resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of ct9990's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents ct9990 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
